1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SmartBotCrafters website (www.sbc.lu) and the contact form available on it (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

The Site is operated by SmartBotCrafters S.A. R.L.-S, a company incorporated in Luxembourg (“SmartBotCrafters”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). You can contact us at hello@sbc.lu.

3. Purpose of the site

The Site provides information about our AI consulting and development services and a means for prospective clients, partners, and suppliers to reach us. Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice or an offer to provide services. Any engagement with SmartBotCrafters will be governed by a separate written agreement.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or interfere with its operation.
  • Submit content through the contact form that is defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
  • Use automated means (such as bots or scrapers) to collect data from the Site without our prior permission.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and other content, is owned or licensed by SmartBotCrafters and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print content for your own informational use, but you may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it without our written consent.

6. Third-party services

We use third-party services, such as Formspark for processing contact form submissions. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or policies of third-party sites or services.

7. Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim to keep information current and accurate, we make no warranties or representations (express or implied) about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Site or its content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SmartBotCrafters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to €100.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SmartBotCrafters and our directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

10. Changes to the site

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms, and any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on this page.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City.
